Gracefield Seminary invites applications for a full-time Theology Lecturer to join our Department of Theology and Religious Studies. We seek a dynamic educator and scholar who can teach foundational and advanced courses, mentor students, and contribute to our mission of rigorous, faith-informed scholarship.

Responsibility
- Teach undergraduate and graduate theology courses across core areas such as Systematic Theology, Biblical Studies, Ethics, and Church History.
- Develop and update curricula to reflect contemporary scholarship and classroom best practices.
- Lead seminars and capstone projects; supervise student research and theses.
- Mentor students in academic development, spiritual formation, and ministry preparation.
- Engage in scholarly research and publish articles in peer-reviewed journals.
- Contribute to program assessment, accreditation processes, and faculty governance.
- Participate in community outreach and ecumenical initiatives with local churches and organizations.
Qualification
- PhD in Theology or related field; candidates with solid ABD status in final dissertation stage will be considered with evidence of completion timeline.
- Evidence of effective teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level; experience with online and hybrid formats is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in biblical languages (Greek and/or Hebrew) or willingness to develop such proficiency.
- Experience in curriculum design, assessment, and program development.
- Record of scholarly publication or demonstrable potential for research leadership.
- Commitment to inclusive, faith-informed education and service to students from diverse backgrounds.
