PT Accesstech Super Jaya is seeking a results-driven Testing & Commissioning (TnC) Engineer – Mechanical to join our growing team in Cikarang Pusat, West Java. As a TnC Engineer (Mechanical), you will lead the planning, execution, and documentation of commissioning activities for mechanical systems including HVAC, piping, pumping, and related equipment. You will collaborate with project managers, electrical engineers, civil teams, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule targets. You will review drawings, specifications, and equipment data sheets, develop robust test protocols, perform FAT/SAT where applicable, and drive continuous improvement through rigorous QA/QC practices. Responsibility
- Lead planning, execution, and documentation of commissioning activities for mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, pumping) on data center and construction projects.
- Develop and implement test protocols, inspection plans, and QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and relevant standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, electrical engineers, civil teams, and subcontractors to align commissioning schedules with overall project timelines.
- Review drawings, data sheets, and specifications; conduct FAT/SAT and participate in system performance verification testing.
- Identify, document, and track non-conformances; drive timely corrective actions and verify effectiveness.
- Prepare commissioning reports, handover documentation, and as-built records for client acceptance.
- Ensure adherence to safety policies and site QA/QC processes; promote best practices across teams.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in testing and commissioning of mechanical systems in construction or data center environments.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, pumping, fire protection, and building management systems (BMS/automation).
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (local Indonesian standards, NFPA, IEC, ISO).
- Proven ability to read and interpret drawings, P&IDs, data sheets, and equipment specifications.
- Solid problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills; comfortable coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with commissioning software and project management tools; AWS or similar certifications are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work in dynamic construction environments.
