Azure Horizons Travel is seeking a driven Tour Experience Manager to lead the development and execution of premium itineraries across Lisbon and select Portugal routes. Responsibility

  • Design and oversee curated tour experiences from concept to delivery, ensuring exceptional quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with local guides, venues, and suppliers; monitor performance and compliance.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with product, marketing, and operations to launch new itineraries on time and within budget.
  • Analyze guest feedback, market trends, and KPIs to optimize offerings and maximize revenue.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecast demand, and ensure profitability of experiential programs.
  • Ensure rigorous safety standards, risk assessments, and contingency plans for all activities.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in tour operations, product management, or premium hospitality, with at least 2 years in a leadership or program management role.
  • Proven ability to design memorable itineraries and manage vendor relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Portuguese fluency is a plus.
  • Strong project management, budgeting, and analytical capabilities; proficiency with travel tech platforms.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a track record of delivering premium guest experiences.
