Join Azure Trails Travel as a Premium Tour Guide in Cape Town. You will lead engaging city tours, including Table Mountain viewpoints, Robben Island excursions, and vibrant cultural experiences. We’re seeking charismatic, knowledgeable guides who speak fluent English and at least one additional language.

Responsibility
- Lead engaging, informative tours for groups of varying sizes with energy and accuracy.
- Research and present accurate histories, local culture, geography, and anecdotes.
- Ensure guest safety and comfort; manage group dynamics and respond to concerns.
- Coordinate logistics, pacing, and itineraries to maximize satisfaction and punctuality.
- Uphold high service standards; upsell add-ons and museum/site experiences when appropriate.
- Provide multilingual support when available and assist with accessibility needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on attractions, tickets, and local regulations.
- Collect feedback and continuously improve tour experiences.
Qualification
- Fluent in English; additional language such as Afrikaans, isiXhosa, or French preferred.
- Certified South African Tourist Guide (or eligible to obtain certification) with valid credentials.
- Minimum 2 years of professional tour guiding or hospitality experience.
- Excellent storytelling, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Cape Town history, geography, culture, and safety practices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; willingness to drive for out-of-town trips is a plus.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and variable hours; flexible and customer-centric mindset.
- Background check and professional references required.
