- Maintain tour materials, routes, and schedules; collect feedback for continuous improvement.
- Uphold company standards and assist with onboarding new guides as needed.
- Support upsell of premium experiences and add-ons where appropriate.

Qualification
- Excellent public speaking and storytelling abilities with a clear, confident voice.
- Strong knowledge of New Orleans history, culture, architecture, and local legends.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French) are a plus.
- Ability to engage diverse audiences; patient, friendly, and adaptable under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Previous tour guiding or hospitality experience preferred; training provided for right candidate.
- Physical stamina for walking tours of 2-4 hours; comfortable carrying light gear.
- Valid work authorization in the United States; clean background check where required.
