Join our premium team as a licensed Tour Guide in San Francisco. You will bring the city’s stories to life for visitors from around the world, blending historical context with engaging narrative and on foot exploration. In this role, you’ll lead small to mid sized groups along safe, well planned itineraries, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction while upholding our brand standards.

Responsibility
- Lead engaging, informative and entertaining city tours for diverse groups
- Narrate local history, culture, architecture and trivia with accuracy
- Ensure guest safety, manage group flow and handle logistics including timing and routes
- Provide outstanding customer service, answer questions, and resolve issues gracefully
- Maintain up to date knowledge of San Francisco attractions, safety protocols and accessibility guidelines
- Collaborate with operations to optimize routes and itineraries
- Promote sustainable tourism and respect for local communities
Qualification
- Valid tour guide license or permit for California or willingness to obtain
- Two years of professional tour guiding or equivalent public facing experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication; multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong storytelling, presentation and audience engagement abilities
- Deep knowledge of San Francisco history, neighborhoods and landmarks
- Outstanding customer service, conflict resolution and problem solving
- Comfortable walking 2-4 miles per tour and working outdoors in varying weather; basic first aid certification preferred
