As part of Lumina Travel & Experiences, you’ll partner with local operators, hotels, guides, and transportation providers to design, sell, and deliver premium experiences that resonate with diverse guests. Responsibility

  • Design and deliver curated Barcelona & Spain-focused experiences for diverse travelers, ensuring exceptional service from inquiry through post-trip follow-up.
  • Collaborate with local partners (hotels, guides, transport) to craft seamless itineraries and exclusive add-ons.
  • Manage bookings, CRM records, quotes, and customer communications with high accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support sales with compelling proposals and upsell premium experiences to meet revenue targets.
  • Monitor guest feedback and coordinate with operations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Represent the brand at events, fairs, and in-market promotions to attract new clients.
  • Develop and update itineraries and product offerings based on market trends and guest insights.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
  • 2+ years in tourism, travel planning, or hospitality roles with a track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English; Spanish proficiency preferred (other languages a plus).
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, booking platforms, and MS Office; knowledge of GDS is a plus.
  • Strong project management, organization, and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends during peak seasons.
