Vivid Horizons Travel is a premium travel company crafting immersive experiences across Europe. We are seeking a Tourism Experience Manager to lead guest journeys, partner with local guides, and elevate our brand through outstanding service and curated itineraries.
In this role, you will collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing to design, sell, and deliver unforgettable experiences for our clients, from private city tours to multi-day adventures.

Responsibility
- Develop and manage bespoke travel itineraries for high-value clients.
- Coordinate with local operators, guides, and vendors to ensure seamless experiences.
- Lead guest engagement, upsell premium services, and maximize satisfaction scores.
- Analyze feedback and data to continually improve itineraries and operations.
- Manage booking workflows in our CRM and travel platforms.
- Train and mentor junior team members on service standards and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote tours and events.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years in tour operations, travel concierge, or guest services.
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluent Spanish is a plus; other languages welcomed.
- Proven ability to manage complex itineraries and vendor relationships.
- Proficient with CRM systems and travel booking platforms (for example Amadeus, Sabre, or equivalent).
- Strong problem solving, conflict resolution, and time management abilities.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends during peak season.
