As Tourism Experiences Manager, you will craft itineraries, build partnerships with local operators, and lead a small, dynamic team to execute seamless tours across Lisbon and Portugal.
Responsibility
- Design and curate immersive itineraries and experiences aligned with brand standards and guest preferences.
- Develop and manage relationships with local partners, guides, vendors, and attractions to secure exclusive offerings.
- Lead end-to-end guest experiences from booking to post-visit feedback, ensuring exceptional service.
- Coordinate operations, schedules, and logistics for tours, transfers, and events across Lisbon and beyond.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote new experiences and optimize guest satisfaction metrics.
- Train and mentor frontline guides and staff to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.
- Monitor safety compliance, risk assessment, and crisis response plans for all tours and activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in travel, tourism operations, or experiential planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple itineraries, vendors, and stakeholders with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and guest-focused mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM and booking platforms; basic data analysis skills.
- Willingness to travel and work weekends/evenings as needed.
