As Tourism Marketing Manager, you will lead multi channel campaigns, optimize experience led content, and collaborate with partners to amplify our portfolio of tours, stays, and experiences.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital channels to promote our tourism experiences.
- Lead content strategy and SEO optimization to attract high intent travelers.
- Manage performance marketing initiatives including PPC, social ads, and email campaigns with data driven optimization.
- Collaborate with product, sales and partner networks to launch new experiences.
- Analyze campaign results, report ROI, and present insights to leadership.
- Build and nurture relationships with tour operators, hotels and local vendors.
- Oversee budget, timeline and creative briefs to ensure brand consistency.
Qualification
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Tourism, Business or a related field
- 4+ years of marketing experience in tourism or hospitality
- Proven track record in digital marketing, SEM/SEO, content, and analytics
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong project management, collaboration, and vendor management skills
- Proficient with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM platforms, and Excel or Sheets
