GlobeVista Travel & Experiences is seeking a dynamic Tourism Marketing Manager to lead strategic campaigns that attract travelers and elevate guest experiences in Barcelona. This role focuses on developing compelling storytelling, building partnerships with local operators, and driving demand through digital channels. Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote tourism products and experiences in Barcelona and surrounding regions.
- Build and manage partnerships with hotels, tour operators, local businesses, and tourism boards.
- Create compelling content for websites, social media, email marketing, and multimedia channels.
- Analyze performance metrics, optimize ROI, and prepare clear reports for leadership.
- Lead events, fam trips, and influencer collaborations to showcase experiences.
- Oversee pricing, promotions, and inventory for tourism products and experiences.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, sales, and operations to ensure excellent guest journeys.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations and uphold brand quality standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 3+ years in tourism marketing, travel tech, or hospitality with proven results.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Fluency in English; Spanish knowledge is a plus.
- Proactive, creative, and adaptable to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is preferred.
