Join Costa Azul Travel Group, a premium boutique travel company that designs memorable journeys across the globe. We are seeking a results-driven Tourism Marketing Specialist to amplify our brand, grow bookings, and engage diverse traveler audiences in Barcelona and beyond.
In this role, you will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and partnerships; collaborate with product teams to translate itineraries into compelling selling stories; manage content calendars; and build strategic partnerships with local hotels, tour operators, and attractions to drive bookings. You will analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns for revenue growth, and help shape our brand voice across channels.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and partnerships to attract new travelers
- Collaborate with product teams to translate itineraries into compelling selling stories
- Manage content calendars and create SEO-optimized content for blogs, destination pages, and landing pages
- Build strategic partnerships with local hotels, tour operators, and attractions to drive bookings
- Analyze performance metrics such as CTR, ROAS, and CPA; optimize campaigns for revenue growth
- Coordinate events, fam trips, and influencer activations to showcase destinations
- Lead reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder communications for senior leadership
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business, or related field
- 3+ years in tourism, travel, or hospitality marketing with proven results
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, PPC, and social media ads
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English; additional languages a plus
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce)
- Proficient in data analysis and Google Analytics/GA4
- Creative thinker with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Willingness to travel for assignments and fam trips as needed
