Responsibility
- Provide support to trade clients via calls and chat
- Manage customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Utilize CRM systems effectively to track client interactions
- Drive sales through proactive follow-ups and sending out samples
- Re-engage accounts to maximize sales opportunities
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
