Responsibility
- Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on aircraft components in accordance with ST Engineering Aerospace procedures.
- Assist licensed technicians with troubleshooting, defect isolation, and repair work.
- Assist in accurate maintenance documentation, parts usage, and records updating to ensure traceability and compliance.
- Support safety practices and regulatory requirements in daily maintenance activities.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in a clean, organized, and calibrated state.
- Participate in on-the-job training and mentorship to develop technical competencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate efficient line and shop maintenance operations.
- Adapt to shift patterns and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and quality.
Qualification
- Enrollment in or completion of a relevant diploma/technical program in aviation maintenance, aerospace engineering, electronics, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of aircraft systems (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural) is preferred.
- Willingness to learn, attention to detail, and strong manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and adhere to quality and regulatory standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and mentors.
