Responsibility
- Deliver AI and machine learning training sessions to diverse learners in Kuala Lumpur
- Design and update curricula covering AI fundamentals, data ethics, and practical ML
- Create engaging learning materials, exercises, and assessments
- Assess learner progress and provide actionable feedback
- Collaborate with product and data teams to align training with business goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI trends and tools
- Track attendance, engagement, and learning outcomes using an LMS
- Manage contract terms and scheduling to ensure timely delivery
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in AI, Computer Science, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience delivering training or teaching in AI, ML, data science, or related areas
- Proficiency in Python or similar programming language; strong analytical mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to diverse audiences
- Experience with instructional design and curriculum development
- Familiarity with learning management systems and online teaching tools
- Ability to work independently on contract-based assignments with reliable time management
