  • Coordinate with military stakeholders, contractors, and training facilitators to deliver on-site and virtual programs.
  • Assess training effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and performance data; implement continuous improvement plans.
  • Oversee safety programs, incident reporting, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA, DoD safety standards).

Qualification
