Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and evaluation of training curriculums for military operations and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with military stakeholders, contractors, and training facilitators to deliver on-site and virtual programs.
- Assess training effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and performance data; implement continuous improvement plans.
- Oversee safety programs, incident reporting, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA, DoD safety standards).
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation; ensure alignment with mission goals.
- Develop and deliver briefings, risk communications, and standard operating procedures for diverse audiences.
- Mentor junior staff and coordinate with security, logistics, and operations teams to ensure readiness.
Qualification
- Active DoD security clearance preferred or ability to obtain one within 6-12 months.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training & Development, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in military training, safety, or defense operations.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theory.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in risk assessment, incident reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to travel up to 15-20% and adapt to flexible schedules as required.
