As a key member of our operations team, you will translate guest preferences into customized day plans, manage bookings, and troubleshoot on the ground to guarantee flawless execution. Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and optimize curated tours and activities across Lisbon and beyond
- Coordinate with guides, vendors, and hotel partners to ensure smooth experiences
- Manage bookings, confirmations, and guest communications with a high level of service
- Resolve on-site issues quickly and professionally to preserve guest satisfaction
- Assist sales team with upsell opportunities and itinerary customization
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and operations systems
- Support product development by gathering feedback from guests and partners
Qualification
- 2+ years in travel, hospitality, or tour operations
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and booking platforms
- Creative problem-solver with a guest-first mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends during peak season
