Tradecorp is seeking a motivated Treasury Staff for a contract position in Cakung, Jakarta Raya. This role is designed for individuals starting their career in corporate treasury and finance, offering hands-on exposure to cash management, liquidity control, and day-to-day treasury operations within a dynamic banking and financial services environment.
As a member of the treasury team, you will support essential activities that ensure accurate cash positioning, timely payments, and reliable financial reporting. You will collaborate with accounting, procurement, and banking partners to maintain data integrity, reconcile bank statements, and monitor liquidity against forecasted needs. The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, precise data entry, and adherence to internal controls and compliance standards.

Responsibility
- Monitor daily cash position and assist the treasury manager with liquidity management.
- Process and supervise payments to vendors and banks in a timely and compliant manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure data accuracy across cash management systems.
- Assist in cash forecasting, budgeting, and liquidity planning.
- Maintain treasury records, journals, and data in ERP/treasury systems; ensure data integrity.
- Support monthly and quarterly treasury reporting; prepare ad-hoc analysis as needed.
- Assist with internal controls and audit readiness by documenting processes and supporting documentation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or current student pursuing).
- 0-2 years of experience in treasury, accounting, banking, or finance is preferred for this entry-level role.
- Strong understanding of cash management processes, bank reconciliations, and payments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with data entry; experience with ERP or treasury systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian and English; a collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
