Join Lumina Labs as a UI/UX Designer and help craft exceptional digital experiences for a leading SaaS product. This role blends strategic thinking, user empathy, and visual excellence to deliver intuitive interfaces that drive engagement and conversion.
You will collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to shape user journeys, design systems, and iterate based on data and feedback.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end UX design for web and mobile apps, from discovery to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to define user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns.
- Create user-centered designs using personas, journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system, components, and style guides in Figma or similar tools.
- Conduct usability testing, synthesize insights, and iterate designs to improve KPIs.
- Ensure accessibility and responsive behavior across devices and platforms.
- Communicate design rationale clearly and advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle.
- Stay current with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the team.
Qualification
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, information architecture, and visual design.
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD; experience building and maintaining design systems.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to present concepts to cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, and synthesis of findings.
- Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines and responsive design best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Familiarity with basic front-end constraints and working with developers is a plus.
