Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile products from discovery to delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to translate user needs into elegant interfaces.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using Figma and accompanying tools.
- Establish and evolve design systems, components, and visual language for consistency.
- Conduct usability testing and synthesize insights to iterate on solutions.
- Advocate for accessibility and responsive design across platforms.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience in SaaS or consumer products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and outcomes.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping (InVision, Principle).
- Experience conducting user research, surveys, and usability testing.
- Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and responsive design.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
