Responsibility
- Acquire new clients and build a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Provide financial needs analyses and expert unit trust recommendations aligned with clients' goals and risk tolerance.
- Explain fund features, performance, fees, risk profiles, and suitability to clients in clear, compliant language.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and participate in seminars or webinars to educate prospects.
- Coordinate with marketing and branch teams to plan sales campaigns and events in Penang.
- Maintain accurate client records, track activities, and report progress against targets using our CRM.
- Uphold regulatory compliance and ethical standards while delivering exceptional client service.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in finance, business, economics or a related field; relevant experience is a plus.
- 1-3 years of sales, financial services, or customer-facing experience; training provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets; proactive and self-motivated.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office; comfortable with data-driven reporting.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and events as needed.
