Responsibility
- Conduct regular uniformed patrols across assigned zones to deter crime and ensure public safety.
- Respond promptly to incidents and alarms, assess risk, and coordinate with local authorities as needed.
- Enforce rules and regulations with courtesy, professionalism, and clear communication; manage crowds during events.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting the public with information and directions.
- Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain orderly logbooks for proper handover to supervisors.
- Monitor security systems and CCTV as part of a proactive safety approach.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to maintain high standards of service and safety.
Qualification
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent; strong work ethic and reliability.
- Good physical fitness and stamina to perform patrols and respond quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training; safety and security certifications are a plus.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
