StaffKing Pte Ltd is actively seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator with Civil & Structural expertise to support A&A interior fit-out projects in Singapore. What you’ll do
- Coordinate day-to-day civil and structural works on site, ensuring projects progress on time and within scope.
- Assist Project Managers and Site Engineers with planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and resource coordination.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation including drawings, submittals, RFIs, daily progress reports, and meeting minutes.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of A&A interior fit-out works and timely issue resolution.
- Monitor quality and compliance with design intent, standards, and regulatory requirements; support QA/QC processes.
- Track project milestones, assess risks, and support change management, cost control, and procurement activities as needed.

Responsibility

- Assist Project Managers and Site Engineers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, submittals, RFIs, daily progress reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for A&A interior fit-out works.
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with design specifications and local regulations.
- Track project progress against baseline schedules and update stakeholders regularly.
- Assist in change management, cost control, and procurement activities as required.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in project coordination for civil/structural and A&A interior fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of civil and structural works and A&A interior fit-out processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD basics.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in Singapore and comply with local safety and regulatory requirements.
