Responsibility
- Design and deliver engaging, project-based coding lessons to students aged 11 and above utilizing AI-assisted tools.
- Guide students in developing functional apps and interactive games, promoting creativity and problem-solving.
- Incorporate artificial intelligence elements in teaching to enhance student learning and innovation capabilities.
- Assess student progress and provide individualized feedback to foster growth and understanding.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and collaborative classroom environment.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, coding trends, and educational best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to refine curriculum and enhance teaching materials.
- Organize and supervise coding challenges, hackathons, or showcases to inspire student engagement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or related fields (students or graduates welcome).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Scratch.
- Experience using AI tools and platforms in educational or development contexts is a strong advantage.
- Background in teaching, mentoring, or coaching youth in coding or STEM activities preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
- Creative problem solver with a passion for technology and education.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as required.
