Responsibility
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex AMS hardware and software issues related to vibration systems.
- Conduct vibration measurements, data acquisition, and signal analysis to identify root causes of performance anomalies.
- Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and validate vibration mitigation strategies and control system updates.
- Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and service notes for customers and internal teams.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, suppliers, and field engineers.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by collecting data, tracking metrics, and contributing to product roadmaps.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout all activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or mechatronics engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in vibration analysis, condition monitoring, and data acquisition systems.
- Strong knowledge of accelerometers, sensors, signal processing, and modal testing.
- Proficiency with MATLAB, LabVIEW, Python, or similar engineering software for data analysis.
- Experience with AMS hardware and software or similar control systems platforms is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel for on-site support and installations as required.
