OSK Capital is actively seeking a strategic Vice President, Capital Financing to lead our credit evaluation function. This role ensures comprehensive credit assessment to inform credit decisioning and safeguard asset quality across the firm’s financing activities. You will blend financial expertise with strong leadership to shape the capital financing agenda and drive responsible growth in a dynamic market.
As a senior leader, you will partner with risk, treasury, and lending teams, as well as lenders and investors, to structure capital solutions that meet client needs while aligning with the firm’s risk appetite. You will oversee due diligence, credit modeling, cash flow analysis, and the timely approval of high-impact financing proposals, ensuring clear governance and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include developing and enforcing robust credit policies; leading and mentoring a high-performing credit team; managing portfolio risk, concentration limits, and stress-testing scenarios; and maintaining effective relationships with credit committees and external counterparties. You will also drive performance monitoring, trend analysis, and risk-adjusted return assessment to sustain superior asset quality.

Responsibility
- Lead the capital financing credit evaluation function, ensuring rigorous assessment of proposals and timely decisions.
- Develop and enforce robust credit policies, risk controls, and governance standards across all financing activities.
- Oversee due diligence, financial modeling, and cash-flow analysis for complex transactions and asset-backed solutions.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing credit and analytics team, fostering career growth and accountability.
- Collaborate with risk management, treasury, and business lines to structure capital solutions that balance client needs with risk appetite.
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders, investors, and credit committees; present recommendations with clear, data-driven insights.
- Monitor portfolio performance, risk metrics, and stress-testing results; implement actions to preserve asset quality and optimize risk-adjusted returns.
- Drive regulatory compliance and reporting for capital financing activities, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or equivalent professional designation preferred.
- Extensive experience in credit analysis, capital financing, or corporate lending with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, scenario analysis, and risk assessment.
- Proven track record of structuring complex financing deals and improving asset quality under tight timelines.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, governance frameworks, and internal control practices.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions and performance improvements.
