Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end video production from concept development to final delivery across broadcast, digital, and social formats.
- Collaborate with directors, writers, and clients to refine creative concepts and treatment.
- Develop production schedules, shot lists, budgets, and on-set logistics; manage vendors and crew.
- Oversee on-set direction and cinematography in coordination with the Director of Photography; ensure safety and compliance.
- Manage post-production workflow: editing, color grading, audio mixing, and final mastering.
- Maintain production budgets, track expenses, and negotiate vendor contracts to maximize ROI.
- Ensure deliverables meet technical specs, brand guidelines, and accessibility requirements.
Qualification
- 3+ years of professional experience in video production, including branded content, film, or broadcast environments.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, cinematography, and post-production skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve; Final Cut Pro is a plus.
- On-set production experience including lighting, sound, and safety protocols.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, or a related field preferred.
