Join Cinewave Studio, a premier film and video production house in Los Angeles. Weâre seeking a detail-oriented Video Producer to oversee end-to-end productionâfrom concept through delivery. Youâll collaborate with directors, editors, and clients to craft compelling stories that resonate across platforms. This role blends creative vision with operational excellence, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and exceed client expectations.
As a valued member of our production team, youâll drive pre-production planning, on-set coordination, vendor management, and post-production communication to deliver polished content that performs.
Responsibility
- Lead pre-production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts.
- Oversee on-set logistics, crew coordination, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with Directors, DP, and editors to ensure creative alignment.
- Source, audition, and manage talent as needed.
- Coordinate post-production handoffs, review rounds, and client approvals.
- Ensure final deliverables meet technical specs and distribute assets.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in film, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of production experience in film or video.
- Proven ability to manage multi-week shoots, vendors, and budgets.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Frame.io, ShotList, StudioBinder).
- Experience with editing workflows and software such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut.
- Knowledge of lighting, sound basics, and safety compliance on set.
- Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours.
