Job description
Lumina Studio seeks a dynamic Video Producer to manage end-to-end production for high-impact film and video campaigns. This role drives creative execution, scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-set supervision, ensuring on-time delivery and exceptional quality. You will collaborate with directors, cinematographers, editors, and clients to transform concepts into compelling visual narratives that resonate with audiences.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end production from concept to delivery across multiple projects.
- Develop production timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and resource plans.
- Coordinate pre-production tasks including location scouting, casting, and permits.
- On-set supervision ensuring safety, continuity, and quality.
- Oversee post-production handoff, reviewing edits, color, audio, and final deliverables.
- Collaborate with directors, DP, editors, and clients to ensure vision alignment.
- Source vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage invoicing and expenses.
- Maintain project documentation, assets, and version control.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of production experience in film, television, or digital content.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end production workflows, budgeting, and scheduling software (Frame.io, StudioBinder, Shotgun, or similar).
- Proven on-set experience with crew management, safety protocols, and problem-solving under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in post-production processes and an eye for storytelling and pacing.
- Ability to travel as needed and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Portfolio of produced work demonstrating range and quality.
