Responsibility

  • Develop concepts, scripts, shot lists, and production calendars that align with client goals.
  • Manage production budgets, estimates, cost tracking, and vendor contracts.
  • Coordinate on-set operations, including talent, crew scheduling, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with editors, colorists, and sound designers in post-production to ensure brand consistency and quality.
  • Ensure deliverables meet client expectations, technical specs, and broadcast/digital standards.
  • Maintain thorough production documentation and frequent status updates for stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative, creative working environment.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • 3-5 years of production experience in film, TV, or digital media.
  • Strong project management, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
  • Proven on-set leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve; familiarity with Final Cut Pro is a plus.
