We are a dynamic, award-winning independent film and video production studio based in Los Angeles, seeking a meticulous and creative Video Producer to join our team.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end production from concept through delivery, collaborating with directors, editors, and clients to craft compelling visual stories for brands, docs, and narrative projects.
What you'll do is drive project plans, budget management, scheduling, and on-set coordination, ensuring timely delivery, high production value, and client satisfaction. You will partner with creatives to translate vision into executable plans and supervise post-production workflows to achieve polished final products.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end production from concept through delivery, including pre-production planning, on-set coordination, and post-production handoff.
- Develop and manage production budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to meet client and project goals.
- Coordinate with directors, cinematographers, editors, and sound teams to ensure creative cohesion and high production value.
- Oversee on-set logistics, permits, contracts, talent releases, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with editors and colorists to drive efficient post-production workflows and timely delivery of final cut and deliverables.
- Maintain clear documentation, risk assessment, and status reporting for clients and stakeholders.
- Pitch and contribute to ideas for new projects, formats, and revenue streams.
- Ensure brand guidelines and client requirements are consistently applied across all assets.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in video production, with a strong portfolio of branded content, commercials, or narrative projects.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams on multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong on-set presence with excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, PhotoShop) as well as Final Cut Pro.
- Knowledge of lighting, sound, camera operation, and basic color correction for efficient pre- and post-production planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present concepts to clients and internal teams.
- Portfolio or reel demonstrating a track record of high-quality video productions.
