Crescent Peak Studios is seeking a seasoned Video Producer to lead end-to-end production for branded content, commercials, and short-form narratives. Based in Los Angeles, this role collaborates with directors, DPs, editors, and clients to deliver cinematic stories that perform.
As a Video Producer, you will oversee pre-production planning, budgeting, scheduling, talent coordination, on-set logistics, and post-production handoff. You will ensure projects meet quality standards while staying on time and within budget.

Responsibility
- Lead pre-production planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for multiple shoots.
- Coordinate on-set logistics, permits, travel, equipment, and crew assignments to ensure smooth production days.
- Collaborate with directors, DPs, and clients to refine concepts and ensure creative alignment.
- Manage vendor and talent contracts, call sheets, risk assessments, and on-set safety protocols.
- Oversee production timelines and post-production handoffs, ensuring timely delivery of final cuts.
- Monitor quality control, continuity, and brand standards across all deliverables.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and manage client expectations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of production experience in film, TV, or branded content; experience as a producer or line producer.
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management skills; proficient with production software.
- Excellent on-set leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Final Cut Pro; basic color grading knowledge a plus.
- Knowledge of permits, location scouting, insurance, and safety compliance.
- Willingness to travel for shoots and long shooting days as needed.
