Join Private Advertiser as a Village Architect and lead the architectural development of our master-planned communities in Imus City, Cavite. You will oversee the design process from concept to construction, ensuring compelling, livable spaces that meet regulatory requirements and brand standards.
In this role, you will collaborate with project managers, civil and structural engineers, interior designers, and contractors to translate client needs into build-ready plans. You will review and approve architectural drawings, monitor design changes, and ensure alignment with zoning, building codes, safety and sustainability objectives. This position requires strong project management, attention to detail, and a passion for creating well-planned neighborhoods that balance aesthetics with functionality.
Key responsibilities include leading design development, coordinating design consultants, managing construction documentation, performing on-site design reviews, and delivering as-built drawings and handover documentation. You will also support procurement and contractor selection, maintain design budgets, and drive quality control across all villages under your purview.
Ideal candidates are proactive communicators with a thorough understanding of local regulations in the Philippines, proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A professional architectural license and several years of relevant experience in real estate or master-planned communities are preferred.

Responsibility
- Lead architectural design and oversight of village development projects from concept to completion.
- Review and approve architectural plans, drawings, and specifications for compliance with codes and standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and interior designers to deliver build-ready designs.
- Ensure adherence to local zoning, building codes, safety, and sustainability standards across all villages.
- Manage architectural design consultants, procurement, and budgeting; ensure timely design deliverables.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve on-site design issues, and ensure quality control.
- Prepare as-built drawings, final documentation, and handover packages for operation and maintenance.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; licensed architect in the Philippines or eligible to be licensed.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in architectural design, preferably in real estate or master-planned communities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM workflows; strong CAD skills.
- Strong project management, time management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, permitting processes, and sustainability practices.
