Location: San Juan City, Metro Manila (permanent work-from-home setup)
Compensation: Competitive monthly salary of ₱25,000 – ₱35,000 with performance-based incentives.
Responsibility
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms to understand their insurance needs.
- Present and explain a range of insurance products effectively to potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on leads in a timely, professional manner.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable insurance policies tailored to their requirements and budget.
- Process insurance applications and ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
- Participate in online team meetings, sales training, and development workshops.
- Maintain updated knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and company offerings.
Qualification
- No prior sales experience required – fresh graduates and career shifters are encouraged to apply!
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable using computers, digital platforms, and CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple tasks in a remote setting.
