Responsibility
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments
- Accurately store goods in designated locations
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with safety policies
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Record transactions in WMS/ERP system and ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with warehouse team and transportation partners to ensure on-time delivery
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics role
- Experience with RF scanners and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork
