Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments; verify quantities and quality against packing lists.
- Organize inventory, label items, and ensure proper storage according to the warehouse management system.
- Pick and pack orders with precision; prepare items for outbound shipping and ensure correct labeling.
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (certification preferred; training provided).
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace; comply with safety protocols and PPE requirements.
- Load outbound shipments and coordinate with carriers to meet deadlines.
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System to scan, track, and update stock levels.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred.
- 1+ year of warehouse or distribution center experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient with basic math and computer literacy; experience with WMS is a plus.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain; training provided where needed.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and reliability.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed.
