Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods; record discrepancies and report issues promptly
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to pick sheets and WMS data
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts where certified) and follow safety protocols
- Utilize RF scanners and WMS to ensure precise inventory management and cycle counts
- Maintain an organized receiving area, staging zones, and pick paths to optimize flow
- Perform regular quality checks and assist with returns processing and restocking
- Assist with loading/unloading of goods from trucks and coordinate with transportation partners
- Participate in safety trainings and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of warehousing, distribution, or logistics experience
- Forklift or pallet jack experience; certification preferred
- Proficiency with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems; basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Team player with good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, overtime, and weekend availability as needed
