As a Warehouse Associate, you will work across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping to support our growing distribution network. This role is ideal for reliable teammates who thrive in a fast-moving environment and care about accuracy and quality.
Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods in designated locations with accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment ensuring correct items and quantities.
- Operate forklift, pallet jacks, and RF scanners (certification preferred).
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Unload and load trucks, stage products, and maintain clean staging areas.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to minimize risk.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualification
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of warehousing or distribution center experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld devices; experience with WMS is a plus.
- Forklift certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not certified.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and excellent communication.
- Team player with a proactive approach and good time management.
