Faito is seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Jakarta Timur. This role drives efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, while safeguarding inventory accuracy and optimizing throughput.
As a Warehouse Manager you will oversee a team, implement robust inventory controls, enforce safety and quality standards, and partner with procurement, logistics, and production to meet service levels and cost targets. You will use data-driven methods to streamline processes, improve storage utilization, reduce cycle times, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines.

Responsibility
- Oversee all warehouse activities including inbound receiving, putaway, storage optimization, order picking, packing, and dispatch
- Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff; assign tasks, monitor performance, and coach for safety and efficiency
- Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts, reconciliation, and regular audits
- Manage warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize throughput and reduce handling time
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics to plan material flow and on time delivery to customers
- Implement safety protocols, quality standards, and compliance with local regulations
- Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, on time shipments, inventory accuracy, and labor productivity; report insights to leadership
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in supply chain, logistics, operations management, or related field; or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in warehouse management within manufacturing or logistics sectors
- Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to train and motivate staff
- Solid knowledge of inventory control, WMS, and ERP systems; proficient with data analysis
- Excellent problem solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards; ability to implement safety programs
- Fluency in Indonesian; working knowledge of English is a plus
