As a Warehousing Associate, you will be an essential part of our receiving, put away, picking, packing, and shipping processes. You will collaborate with a fast paced team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Responsibility
- Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and packing lists
- Accurately put away inventory to designated locations and maintain organized storage
- Pick and pack orders with attention to accuracy and packaging integrity
- Prepare items for shipping, label correctly, and coordinate with carriers
- Perform cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory
- Operate material handling equipment safely and maintain equipment in good condition
- Keep work areas clean and safe, follow SOPs and safety regulations
- Document discrepancies and work with supervisors to resolve issues
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in warehousing or distribution
- Basic math and computer skills; experience with WMS or ERP systems preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain; training may be provided
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork
