We are seeking a results-driven Water and Sanitation Project Manager to lead field programs, coordinate multi-stakeholder teams, and ensure exceptional project delivery on time and within budget.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of water supply, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) projects, including design review, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Coordinate with government agencies, municipalities, communities, and partners to align objectives and secure buy-in.
- Oversee monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, ensuring data-driven decisions and compliance with donor requirements.
- Develop technical designs, Bills of Quantities, procurement plans, and vendor specifications.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics; track milestones and ensure timely delivery.
- Build capacity of local staff and community stakeholders through training, coaching, and knowledge transfer.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards on field sites; implement risk mitigation plans.
- Prepare proposal and funding documentation; support grant writing and fundraising efforts.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience leading WASH projects in developing contexts.
- Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies, M&E, and data analytics.
- Knowledge of local Nigerian WASH regulations, community engagement, and gender-inclusive programming.
- Strong communication, report-writing, and stakeholder management skills; fluency in English.
- Ability to travel to field sites; valid driver's license is a plus.
- Proficiency with GIS, hydraulic modeling, or related design tools is a plus.
- Experience with donor reporting (e.g., World Bank, UNICEF, USAID) is desirable.
