Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong client relationships within the Central Region to understand individual wealth goals
- Assist senior wealth advisors in delivering personalized wealth and risk management solutions
- Coordinate client onboarding, KYC, and documentation in line with HSBC policies
- Prepare financial reviews, propose suitable investment and protection plans, and coordinate with product teams
- Monitor client portfolios, conduct periodic reviews, and update strategies as needed
- Collaborate with risk management and compliance to ensure regulatory adherence and ethical standards
- Support cross selling while maintaining a client first approach and high service levels
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to deepen product knowledge
Qualification
- Degree in finance, economics, business or related field; professional certifications such as CFA or CFP are a plus
- 1-3 years of experience in banking, financial services or wealth management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a client-centric mindset
- Ability to analyze financial information and prepare clear client reports
- Proactive, results-driven, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and AML/KYC processes
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and willingness to learn new platforms
- Fluency in English; additional languages is a plus for Singapore markets
