Responsibility
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients seeking wealth solutions in the Central Region.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses, translating client goals into tailored wealth solutions.
- Present and compare investment, insurance, and retirement planning options, ensuring suitability and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with product and advisory teams to design customized wealth portfolios for clients.
- Drive end-to-end sales processes: lead generation, proposals, closing, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track opportunities, and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies, including KYC and AML controls.
- Provide ongoing client servicing and portfolio reviews to preserve trust and foster referrals.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of sales or wealth management experience in financial services.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex products clearly.
- Knowledge of wealth products: investments, insurance, retirement planning; familiarity with financial planning tools.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office; data-driven and metrics-focused.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team; client-first mindset.
- Relevant licenses or certifications preferred (e.g., CFP, RFP, life insurance license).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced regulatory environment; ability to travel as needed.
