Responsibility

  • Qualify B2B leads via outbound calls, emails, and CRM activity to build a robust pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery to understand client needs and identify buying signals.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM; update activity and statuses daily.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities for closing.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach targets and appointment-setting metrics.
  • Map target markets, segment prospects, and tailor messaging to buyer personas.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and competitive insights to inform outreach.
  • Track, analyze, and report on activity metrics to optimize performance.

Qualification

  • 1+ year in B2B sales or outbound lead generation; SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and objection-handling skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tools.
  • Strong self-motivation, time management, and ability to work remotely.
  • Comfortable with daily outbound calling and multi-channel outreach.
