Responsibility
- Conduct outbound and inbound outreach to prospective clients seeking insurance solutions via phone, chat and email.
- Explain policy features, benefits, premiums and exclusions in clear, client-friendly language.
- Qualify leads, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate CRM notes.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets for selected insurance products.
- Process applications online, collect required documents, and ensure completeness and compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries about policy terms and coverage.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to stay updated on promotions and product changes.
- Document interactions and maintain organized records to support ongoing client relationships.
Qualification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Filipino is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service; insurance or financial services experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with computers and online tools; experience with CRM systems is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Detail-oriented with accuracy in data entry and document handling.
