Private Advertiser invites motivated individuals to join our growing team as a Work-From-Home Part-Time Sales and Insurance Agent. You will maintain an organized pipeline in our CRM, respond promptly to inquiries, and guide clients through quotes, policy selections, and online issuance. You will work within a compliant, ethical framework and contribute to a team that values service excellence and measurable results.
This part-time position provides a competitive monthly salary range of ₱25,000 to ₱35,000, with opportunities for performance-based incentives. Responsibility
- Prospect and engage potential clients for life, health, and general insurance products through online channels (calls, chats, and video meetings).
- Assess client needs and tailor insurance solutions; explain policy terms, coverage, costs, and benefits clearly.
- Process quotations, applications, endorsements, and online policy issuance with accuracy and compliance.
- Manage and update client records in the CRM, track sales activities, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and following up on leads.
- Collaborate with the team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets while upholding ethical sales practices.
- Stay informed about product features, regulatory requirements, and market trends to deliver best-fit recommendations.
- Maintain confidential information and comply with company policies and data privacy regulations.
Qualification
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong online presentation and negotiation skills; comfortable conducting video calls.
- Proficient with CRM software, MS Office, and internet-based tools; reliable home-office setup with stable internet.
- Ability to work part-time with flexible hours and adapt to Philippine time zones.
- Customer-focused, ethical, and results-driven with a professional demeanor.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be eligible to work in the Philippines and have a conducive remote work environment.
