Responsibility
- Assess client needs and present suitable life and health insurance products that fit their circumstances
- Guide clients through the policy application process and ensure complete, accurate submissions
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and track application statuses
- Reach out to leads, conduct virtual consultations, and follow up to nurture relationships
- Explain policy terms, benefits, premiums, and coverage details in clear, client-friendly language
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for new policy enrollments and premium contributions
- Provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries promptly, and resolve escalations professionally
Qualification
