Private Advertiser is seeking motivated individuals for a Work-From-Home Part-Time Insurance Agent role in Batangas and the Calabarzon region. Responsibility
- Proactively reach out to potential clients and qualify leads via phone, chat, or email
- Explain policy features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers
- Process insurance applications and ensure accuracy of data
- Maintain up-to-date client records in our CRM and follow up on inquiries
- Achieve monthly targets for appointments, proposals, and conversions
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client questions professionally
- Stay compliant with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Comfort with computers, smartphones, and basic CRM tools
- Ability to work independently with reliable internet and a quiet workspace
- No prior insurance experience required; comprehensive training provided
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Positive, coachable attitude and goal-oriented mindset
- Based in or willing to work from the Batangas/Calabarzon region
