Responsibility
- Engage with leads and respond to inquiries across phone, chat, and email channels in a timely, courteous manner.
- Qualify prospects by understanding needs and aligning them with appropriate product solutions.
- Present product benefits clearly, handle objections, and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
- Schedule appointments or product demonstrations and follow up to move opportunities toward closure.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, log activities, and monitor progress against monthly targets.
- Collaborate with teammates to optimize outreach strategies and share best practices for continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple leads efficiently in a fast-paced, remote work environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino (bilingual preferred).
- Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
- Self-motivated with reliable time management and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working remotely with basic computer literacy and common online communication tools.
