This role focuses on high voltage HV power systems, electrical design, and UPS solutions for mission critical environments. Key responsibilities include delivering HV projects for critical infrastructure, coordinating with design, procurement, and field service teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will manage budgets, schedules, risk assessments, and change controls while maintaining superb communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, propose technical improvements and provide hands on guidance during site installation, testing and commissioning.
Responsibility
- Lead end to end HV power and UPS project management from kickoff to handover
- Coordinate design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning activities
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk registers
- Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance across all sites
- Act as primary client liaison, managing expectations and reporting progress
- Provide technical support to field teams and conduct on site commissioning
- Collaborate with vendors and OEMs to source equipment and services
- Prepare project documentation, commissioning plans and final handover packages
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Hands on experience with high voltage electrical systems, HV switchgear, and UPS
- Strong project management ability; PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Familiarity with international electrical codes and safety standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
- Proactive problem solver with results oriented mindset
- Experience with electrical protection systems and power quality monitoring is a plus
